Configure the Access settings in Settings > General Options to automatically require your employees to sign in and/or enter their PINs after a certain amount of time.This is the PIN they'll use to clock in and out and access your Retail account from the Lock screen. The employee can log in to your Retail account with their username and password from any device with an internet connection. On this page, existing Lightspeed Retail POS (S-Series) account holders and customers can log into their BackOffice to add inventory, setup permissions, update their settings, and manage their store.
